Boarding Services

Boarding at Elmbrook

Traveling and can't take your pet along? Relax knowing they're in good hands with our boarding services at Elmbrook Veterinary Clinic. Our experienced and attentive staff ensures your furry friend receives personalized attention, with the added benefit of veterinary professionals nearby. Your pet will feel safe and comfortable, allowing you to enjoy your trip worry-free. Contact us for more information or to make your reservation today! Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Dogs staying with us are required to be up to date on their Annual Exams, Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella Vaccinations

Cats staying with us are required to be up to date on their Annual Exams, Rabies, and FVRCP Vaccinations.

Annuals and Vaccines must be up to date prior to boarding. We will no longer update vaccinations at time of arrival.

Boarding Pets

Boarding Waiver & Consent Form

Clients will be required to fill out a boarding waiver annually. 

This agreement shall apply to all boarding visits by your pets at Elmbrook Veterinary Clinic Boarding (EVC Boarding): A current waiver must be on file in order for pets to board.

This agreement is in place for one year.

Download our boarding release form to ensure your pet's stay is safe and comfortable. Complete the form prior to your visit for a smooth check-in process.
