I had to say goodbye to my 16 year old furbaby. The staff here were so kind and compassionate. They went out of their way to make the hardest thing i have ever done a little easier

Have taken our dogs and cats there since 1996. They have been amazing all these years. Would not even consider going someplace else.

Dear Clients and Friends of Elmbrook Veterinary Clinic,
First and foremost, thank you for trusting us to care for your pets. We know that recently you may have faced longer wait times for appointments or we've been unable to accommodate you same-day as we have in the past. We know this can be frustrating but we ask you to be patient.
Over the last several years pet ownership has significantly increased while the number of qualified veterinary staff has not. We try to accommodate as many clients as possible, but in order to provide your pet with the highest quality care they deserve we may limit the number of patients we see. If we refer you to an urgent care or emergency clinic it is not because we don't care, it's because we feel your pet needs more urgent attention than we can provide.
Laboratory and testing facilities have also seen an increase in work load, and this may result in a longer wait time for testing results. We know you are concerned for your pet and will call you as soon as possible with these results.
The team at Elmbrook Veterinary Clinic loves our patients and we're doing our best to accommodate everyone, so please be patient with the staff. If we're running behind it's likely because we're dealing with a very sick or urgent case. Please understand we would do the same thing if it were your pet, and we're happy to accommodate the best we can if you need to reschedule due to wait times.
Know we love your pets, and we often take home worry and stress over the pets we've seen that day. We all love what we do and look forward to helping pets everyday. Thank you for your patience and for continuing to entrust us with the care of your beloved pets.
